Terms of Use

Terms of Use

Before using the DataCenterXOS website or initiating a business inquiry through it, please review the following service description, rules of use and limitations of responsibility.

Effective: August 4, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using this site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you use the site on behalf of a company, fund, institution or other organization, you confirm that you are authorized to act for that entity.

If you do not agree to these Terms, stop using the site and do not submit information through the forms.

2. Platform and Nature of Services

DataCenterXOS is part of the GTIIP Global Network and provides origination, initial screening, capital introductions, transaction coordination and related communications for data center, AI compute, power, energy and digital infrastructure projects.

Site content is provided solely for general business information and preliminary communication. It does not constitute a securities offering, investment offer, solicitation, underwriting service or valuation conclusion, nor does it constitute legal, tax, accounting, technical or investment advice.

Any potential transaction is subject to independent judgment, applicable law, the authorized scope, due diligence, definitive agreements and required approvals. DataCenterXOS does not guarantee financing, transaction completion, a particular return or completion within a specified period.

3. Project and Investment Criteria Submissions

  • You represent that the information you submit is true and accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you are authorized to provide it.
  • Do not impersonate another person, submit unlawful content, infringe third-party rights, or upload malicious code or unrelated marketing material.
  • Submitting information does not mean that DataCenterXOS has accepted an engagement or created an agency, partnership, trust, employment, fiduciary or exclusive relationship.
  • We may determine whether to follow up or proceed based on project stage, information completeness, compliance requirements and resource availability.
  • When you click submit, the homepage forms send the entered information to the DataCenterXOS mail service. If automatic delivery cannot be confirmed, you may use the displayed email or copy alternatives.

4. Confidentiality and Information Disclosure

For initial contact, submit only a high-level project overview and necessary contact information. Do not send passwords, complete identity documents, non-public source code, detailed customer lists or other unnecessary core trade secrets.

References to a “confidential discussion” describe our working approach and do not automatically create a confidentiality agreement. Contractual confidentiality obligations arise only when expressly agreed in a separately signed confidentiality agreement or other written document. If a written agreement conflicts with these Terms, the written agreement controls.

Subject to appropriate authorization and confidentiality measures, we may share information necessary to advance cooperation with relevant project parties, investment institutions, industry partners, professional advisers or service providers. Personal information is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

5. Site Content and Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the site's brands, marks, text, layouts, graphics and original content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Without written permission, you may not copy, modify, sell, scrape, mirror, impersonate, remove rights notices from, or use site content for misleading promotion.

You may reasonably view or retain public pages for internal evaluation and legitimate business contact, but you may not imply that DataCenterXOS endorses any project, product, institution or transaction.

6. Third-Party Services and Links

This site may include links to email, WhatsApp or other third-party services. Those services are independently provided by their operators, and we do not control their availability, content or privacy practices. Review the relevant terms and risks before using a third-party service.

7. Information Accuracy and Limitations of Responsibility

We take reasonable steps to maintain site content, but markets, laws, project status and transaction terms can change. We therefore do not guarantee that all information will always be complete, current or suitable for a particular purpose. You should independently verify transaction information and engage qualified legal, financial, tax, technical and compliance advisers.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, DataCenterXOS and its collaborators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of or inability to use this site, reliance on general site information, interruption of third-party services or unauthorized network activity. Nothing in this clause excludes liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.

8. Suspension, Updates and Governing Arrangements

We may suspend or update the site for maintenance, security, compliance or business changes. Revised Terms will carry a new effective date on this page; continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Specific projects, engagements, fees, exclusivity, governing law and dispute resolution are governed by definitive agreements signed by the parties. In the absence of such an agreement, applicable law and jurisdiction are determined by the competent authority under mandatory law.
