This policy applies to the DataCenterXOS website and business communications initiated through it. DataCenterXOS is part of the GTIIP Global Network and provides capital introductions, project screening and transaction coordination for data center, AI compute, power, energy and digital infrastructure projects.

If you contact us through third-party email, WhatsApp or another platform, that provider may process information under its own policies. Please review the relevant third-party privacy notice.

2. Information We May Process

• Basic contact details: name, title, company or organization, email address, telephone number or WhatsApp number.
• Project overview: country or city, asset class, project stage, land, power, network, customers, revenue and a summary of the financing or transaction objective.
• Investment criteria: target geography, asset class, investment size, control preference, risk parameters and return requirements.
• Communication records: emails, attachments, meeting notes and materials that you voluntarily provide or later authorize.
• Basic technical information: to maintain security and availability, the hosting provider may generate necessary server logs such as access time, IP address, browser type and error records.

When you click submit, the homepage forms send the entered information to the DataCenterXOS mail service for business follow-up. The forms do not upload file attachments. If automatic delivery cannot be confirmed, the page provides email and copy alternatives.

3. Purpose and Legal Basis

We process information only as necessary for business communications, including verifying contacts and project overviews, assessing potential cooperation, matching projects with capital, arranging confidential discussions, supporting due diligence and transaction coordination, responding to inquiries, meeting legal or compliance obligations, and protecting website and communications security.

The legal basis may include your consent, steps taken at your request before a transaction, performance of an agreement, legitimate business interests or applicable legal requirements. You may withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing completed before withdrawal.

References to a “confidential discussion” on this site do not mean that the parties have already entered into a confidentiality agreement. Before disclosing trade secrets or detailed financial or technical information, confirm the permitted scope with us; any signed confidentiality agreement will govern.

Because projects and capital providers may be located in different countries or regions, information may be processed across borders. We handle such transfers in accordance with applicable law, the authorized scope and reasonable security measures.

5. Retention and Information Security

We retain information only for as long as necessary in light of the inquiry, cooperation cycle, legal retention requirements, dispute handling and compliance needs. Thereafter, information will be reasonably deleted, anonymized or restricted.

We use organizational and technical measures appropriate to the nature of the information, including least-privilege access, staged disclosure, access controls and necessary confidentiality requirements. No internet or electronic communication method can guarantee absolute security. Do not send passwords, complete identity documents, unencrypted core trade secrets or other unnecessary sensitive information in your initial contact.
